Woods Cross Choir & Theater departments have collaborated to bring one of the world's most iconic and longest-running musicals, Les Misérables to the Woods Cross stage. This concert version, made accessible for students as a school edition, tells the story of Jean Valjean, a former convict who spends a lifetime seeking redemption. As Valjean's new life carries him to Paris, he is hunted by a ghost from his past, Inspector Javert, and forced to confront the realities of the day as students rebel and barricades block the streets. Amidst a battle for the soul of Paris, he discovers the true meaning of love and salvation.
